    Silvana is passionate about the support and treatment of teens, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions. She helps her clients achieve their goals through a balance of connecting, understanding, insight, and effective feedback. Silvana’s client-centered focus creates a personalized approach to meeting the unique needs of each individual. Using holistic and evidence-based approaches, she aims to foster a safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel heard and understood.

    Silvana earned her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University in 2020. She is a New York licensed master social worker and a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Florida. She utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Experiential Therapy Mindfulness practice, Motivational Interviewing, and techniques throughout her practice to support individuals in their healing journey.

    Silvana values time outdoors and with friends and family. She most enjoys spending her time at the beach, doing yoga, listening to music, drinking tea, and reading.
