About Sarah

Hello, and welcome! I’m Sarah. I’m deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and supporting individuals & couples as they navigate their unique journeys. I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma/PTSD, relationship challenges, and issues related to sexuality & personal growth. My approach is inclusive and affirming. I am dedicated to supporting clients of all genders, sexual identities, and expressions.

As a therapist, I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring my methods to best support each individual’s needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, Expressive Arts, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth in a supportive environment.

With a solid educational foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from the University of North Florida, I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and find healing. Additionally, I have a particular interest in working with First Responders, Military members, and Veterans, recognizing the unique challenges these populations face.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me collecting vinyl records, exploring new coffee shops around Jacksonville, hunting for shark teeth, or simply spending quality time with friends.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you on your path to healing and growth.
