    Our Jacksonville office is located in the Avondale area where Riverside ends at St. Johns Avenue near the Shops of Avondale. There is parking on both sides of the building. Please enter the building using the front entrance and take a seat in the waiting to the right. Your therapist will come to get you at your scheduled time.
