Our Jacksonville office recently relocated to the Riverside area. There is a designated parking lot for the whole building. Please enter the building using the front entrance and take the elevator to the third floor. When you step off the elevator Suite 310 will be to your left. After you enter the suite, please take a seat in our waiting room and your therapist will come to get you at your scheduled time.
