About Becca

Hello, I am Becca! I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I enjoy walking alongside clients as they explore their identities and concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, new diagnoses, and major life changes. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. I previously earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Florida. With over 16 years of experience as an educator, I bring a deep understanding of personal growth and development, as well as the unique challenges individuals face at different life stages. I am especially passionate about working with teens and young adults as they navigate identity development, academic pressure, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I am also passionate about women’s health and supporting women through the emotional, mental, and life transitions that accompany it.

I believe each client deserves an individualized approach to care. My work is grounded in a client-centered framework, and I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to support both insight and meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my Cane Corso (Mav), exploring new places and cultures through travel, and teaching yoga in my free time.
