About Becca
Becca is dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She enjoys walking alongside clients as they explore their identities and concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, new diagnoses, and major life changes. Becca is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Becca earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Florida. With over 16 years of experience as an educator she brings a deep understanding of personal growth, development, and the unique challenges individuals face across different life stages. She is especially passionate about working with teens and young adults as they navigate identity development, academic pressure, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. She is also passionate about women’s health and supporting women through the emotional, mental, and life transitions that accompany it.
Becca believes each client deserves an individualized approach to care. Her work is grounded in a client-centered framework, and she integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to support both insight and meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, Becca enjoys spending time with her family, walking her Cane Corso (Mav), exploring new places and cultures through travel, and teaching yoga in her free time.
