About Ana
Ana brings warmth, authenticity, and deep compassion to her work with clients. She believes in meeting each person where they are—with curiosity, care, and a belief in their capacity for healing and growth. Ana is especially passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, identity exploration, and self-empowerment challenges.
Ana earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and her Bachelor's in Psychology, Clinical Track from the University of Central Florida. She has a strong interest in working with anxiety disorders, trauma, complex family dynamics, and healing the inner child.
Her work is rooted in helping clients uncover the emotional patterns that shape their lives and build healthier, more organic relationships with themselves and others. As a bilingual therapist and proud member of the Hispanic community, Ana is mindful of the cultural nuances that can influence each person’s experience, and she is dedicated to holding space for them in the therapeutic environment.
Outside of the therapy space, Ana finds joy in watching movies, listening to music, crocheting, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She values connection, genuineness, and being present in the small moments of life—values that naturally shape her approach to therapy. Ana looks forward to walking alongside her clients as they navigate their healing journey.
