About Ana
Ana brings warmth, authenticity, and deep compassion to her work with clients. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Ana uses an integrative, person-centered approach grounded in psychodynamic therapy, Emotional Processing Therapy (EPT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic frameworks. She believes in meeting each person where they are—with curiosity, care, and a belief in their capacity for healing and growth. Ana is especially passionate about supporting women through life transitions, identity exploration, and self-empowerment challenges.
She has a strong interest in working with anxiety disorders, trauma, complex family dynamics, and healing the inner child. Her work is rooted in helping clients uncover the emotional patterns that shape their lives and build healthier, more organic relationships with themselves and others. As a bilingual therapist and proud member of the Hispanic community, Ana is mindful of the cultural nuances that can influence each person’s experience and can incorporate Spanish into sessions to further support the therapeutic process.
Outside of the therapy space, Ana finds joy in watching movies, listening to music, crocheting, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She values connection, genuineness, and being present in the small moments of life—values that naturally shape her approach to therapy. Ana looks forward to walking alongside her clients as they navigate their healing journey.
