About Gaby

Gaby is deeply devoted to supporting teenagers, young adults, and adults as they cope with the waves of life. Her passion lies in assisting individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, neurodivergent concerns (including ADHD), career obstacles, and those seeking to rediscover their life’s purpose. Valuing the rich diversity of human experiences, she cultivates a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their true selves and achieve personal goals.

Her therapeutic approach promotes self-acceptance and empowerment. She encourages clients to openly share their thoughts and emotions while progressing towards their objectives blended with compassion, empathy, and a touch of humor. Utilizing an integrative and trauma-informed methodology, she tailors evidence-based practices to suit each individual’s unique needs. Her eclectic approach includes modalities such as EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, Gaby brings a blend of academic rigor and practical experience to her practice. Emphasizing both behavioral change and holistic well-being, Gaby integrates mindfulness techniques and principles from neuroscience into her sessions to facilitate cognitive and emotional growth and healing.

Beyond her professional life, Gaby finds joy in exploring epic fantasy novels, contemplating the stars and ancient history, and indulging in all things Disney. She cherishes time with her pet polar bear (Olaf, a Great Pyrenees Mountain dog in disguise) and her two cats. Although she’s frequently absorbed in fantastical worlds or exploring the newest Disney plotlines, you as her client bring a unique and imaginative perspective to her therapeutic work.
