    Meet Cassie, a compassionate counselor dedicated to providing therapy for individuals and families of all ages as they navigate the various challenges and roadblocks throughout life’s journey. Cassie firmly believes in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship, viewing it as a collaborative journey toward healing and growth. Cassie’s approach is centered around the creation of a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to embrace their authentic selves. She values inclusivity and strives to foster a space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Cassie is particularly passionate about working with clients navigating anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, difficult life transitions, and religious trauma. 

    Cassie earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including person-centered, emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and acceptance commitment therapies, Cassie tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. She guides clients in processing past experiences, understanding emotions, and cultivating meaningful change to live more authentically.

    Outside of her professional endeavors, Cassie finds joy in playing board games and Dungeons & Dragons with friends, indulging in literature, expressing herself through painting, and cherishing moments with her partner and two beloved cats, Sophie and Tiva.
