Her therapeutic approach is integrated, trauma-informed, and personalized to meet each client’s unique needs.

Alexis employs a blend of attachment theory, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy principles, along with behavioral therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This comprehensive approach helps clients achieve peace and reach their goals. She has also advanced her expertise with specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Gottman Method couples therapy.
