About Lacey

Lacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices from a feminist and systems-based lens. She is a trauma-informed, client-centered provider who utilizes a strengths-based approach to support individuals in navigating their unique experiences with care and intention.

She specializes in working with adults and older adults experiencing grief and loss, life transitions, PTSD and trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, end-of-life concerns, and women’s issues. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for the resilience of those she works with. Compassion, empathy, and a sense of appropriate humor allow her to create a supportive space where healing and growth can flourish.

Her clinical work is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Lacey tailors each therapeutic experience to the individual, honoring the complexity of their story and meeting them where they are.

Lacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Florida and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University, where she also completed a certificate in aging as part of her clinical specialization. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for six years and brings over a decade of experience in the field.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Lacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, working out, playing soccer, going to the beach, traveling, and sharing adventures with her lovable doodle mix, Teddy.
