About Isabella
Isabella takes a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach to therapy, viewing the therapeutic process as a sacred space to slow down and make sense of one's unique experiences. She is dedicated to creating an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to show up exactly as they are. Isabella is deeply insight-oriented and enjoys walking alongside clients as they explore their patterns, emotions, and the "why" behind their feelings to cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and alignment with their values.
Isabella earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College after relocating to Orlando from her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. She previously graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology. Having completed her clinical internship at Stetson University, Isabella is particularly passionate about supporting college students and young women as they navigate the complexities of identity, academic stress, and life transitions.
Isabella understands that every individual’s path to healing is different and integrates a thoughtful blend of evidence-based theories to meet those needs. Her work is rooted in helping clients feel more connected to their authentic selves, often pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches. In addition to her work with anxiety and self-esteem, she has a growing interest in perinatal mental health, including the nuances of pregnancy, infertility, and the postpartum experience.
Outside of the therapy room, Isabella is a fan of the simple joys, whether she’s going on scenic walks, scrolling Pinterest for inspiration, or catching up on her favorite podcasts. She deeply values quality time with her friends and family and is always on the hunt for the best new restaurant in Orlando—though her heart (and stomach) will always belong to a great plate of pasta.
