About Gabrielle

Hello, I am Gabrielle! I am a compassionate and grounded counselor dedicated to supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, navigate emotional challenges, and reconnect with a sense of safety and self-trust. I provide a warm, attuned, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.

At the heart of my work is a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach that honors the mind–body connection and each client’s inherent wisdom. I believe healing unfolds when individuals feel safe enough to explore their inner world with curiosity, compassion, and care. I work collaboratively and intentionally, moving at a pace that feels respectful, empowering, and aligned with each client’s needs.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and culturally responsive, integrating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and mindfulness-based interventions. I work with adolescents and adults navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my Doberman, Stormi, staying active, and attending concerts.
