About Gabrielle

Meet Gabrielle. Gabrielle is a compassionate and grounded counselor dedicated to supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, navigate emotional challenges, and reconnect with a sense of safety and self-trust. She provides a warm, attuned, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.

At the heart of Gabrielle’s work is a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach that honors the mind–body connection and each client’s inherent wisdom. She believes healing unfolds when individuals feel safe enough to explore their inner world with curiosity, compassion, and care. Gabrielle works collaboratively and intentionally, moving at a pace that feels respectful, empowering, and aligned with each client’s needs.

Gabrielle holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. Her clinical approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and culturally responsive, integrating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and mindfulness-based interventions. She works with adolescents and adults navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

Outside of the therapy room, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her Doberman, Stormi, staying active, and attending concerts.
