About Gabrielle

Hello, I am Gabrielle! I am a compassionate and grounded counselor dedicated to supporting adults and adolescents as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I understand that life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain of how to move forward. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and mindfulness-based, with a strong emphasis on creating emotional safety and building self-trust. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity and compassion. I work collaboratively with each client, integrating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and mindfulness-based interventions to support trauma processing, emotional regulation, and relief from anxiety and depression.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. I work with adults and adolescents navigating the lasting impact of childhood trauma, difficult relationships, emotional challenges, and major life changes. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that honors your unique experiences, needs, and pace. Together, we can work toward greater emotional safety, deeper self-understanding, and a stronger sense of connection with yourself and others.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my Doberman, Stormi, going to pilates, and attending concerts.
