About Andrea

Andrea is passionate about supporting individuals as they deepen their understanding of themselves, their past experiences, and the direction they want to take in life. She approaches counseling with warmth, presence, and authenticity - creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported.

Working from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, Andrea honors the unique identities and backgrounds that shape each person’s story. She believes healing occurs when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide, protect, or silence. Through a strengths-based and relational approach, Andrea helps clients explore what matters most to them and make choices aligned with their values and long-term goals.

Andrea is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rollins College. Her academic and clinical training have prepared her to support clients through a wide range of concerns with care, compassion, and flexibility.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. She believes therapy should be collaborative, adaptable, and grounded in genuine connection.

Outside the therapy space, Andrea enjoys exercising, spending time in nature, and sharing meaningful moments with her loved ones. She believes that growth happens in relationships, with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. Andrea offers sessions in both English and Spanish to ensure clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language they prefer.
