Erin Pallard, MSW, RCSWI

EMDR Trained
Location: Winter Park Office and Online
Erin works closely with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and/or trauma in a supportive and caring environment. As she focuses on her client’s unique needs in a holistic manner, she approaches counseling relationally, understanding that mutually satisfying relationships are necessary for one’s emotional well-being. Applying an integrative approach, she concentrates on the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and community – with the understanding that the power to heal lies within the relationship and within oneself.
Erin received her master’s degree in clinical social work from Saint Leo University in 2021. She is a registered clinical social work intern. She has received additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based method to help regulate emotions and cope with impulsive behaviors that may interfere with the enjoyment of life.
In her downtime, Erin enjoys reading, basking in the sunshine, and spending quality time with family and friends.
